About Chinese Gentiana Lutea Root Extract:
Gentian is the root and rhizome of perennial herbaceous plants in the Gentianaceae family (such as Gentiana manshurica var. striata). It is primarily produced in Northeast China and can be harvested in both spring and autumn, with the roots dug up in autumn being of superior quality.
Gentian Root Extract is derived from the roots and polar stems of this plant. After extraction and purification, its main active ingredients include Amarogentin and Gentiopicrin.
